  9. Short exercise bursts: You can always squeeze in a 10-minute workout at any designated time every day to stay fit and healthy. Instead of grabbing snacks or cookies in the afternoon you can force yourself to do some yoga or squats. Every time you shift from a poor posture onto a good posture you are energizing your hormones and decreasing stress.
  10. Turn off devices: Finally, you must make it a habit to switch off all electronic devices at least 10 minutes before you sleep and soothe your mind. The blue light emitted by these interferes with sleep-enhancing hormones.
